Eating Locally - Biltong Canada

In darkest winter, eating locally has been increasingly difficult but I was pleased to see a  locally produced product on the shelves of the Sprout Grocery in Kimberley.  It was the Boerewors sausage produced right here in Cranbrook by Rod and Mal Paterson of Biltong Canada.  Not only do they make traditional South African Boerewors, Biltong, and Droewors but they also make the most delicious mustards and teas. So if you are in the mood to try a amazing locally produced food why not try some of Biltong Canada products today. They can be purchased at Nutters, Sprout Grocery, or Columbia Valley Greenhouses or you can give them a call at 250-426-3596
