Thursday, November 8th

The Perfect Gift Exhibit
Cranbrook and District Arts Council's Christmas Opportunities
opens today at the Artrageous Gallery at 135 - 10th Avenue South and
and runs until December 5th. It features art, jewellery and pottery gift items.
The Gallery is open 11:00am 'til 5:00pm Tuesday to Saturday and a special reception celebrating Cranbrook's Black Friday will be held on Friday, November 16 from 7-9pm to which everyone is welcome.

Friday, November 9th

An Evening with Adrian Dix
Prestige Ballroom starting at 7pm
Appetizers, coffee, tea and cash bar
Tickets $20/$5 students. Available at Lotus Books
or at the door.

Saturday, November 10

Minkha Sweater Sale
The annual Minkha hand=knitted sweater sale
will be held today at Christ Church Anglican from
10am-5pm. All proceeds of the sale are returned to the Bolivian
women who knit them. Custom orders within the range of petite to XXL

Tuesday, November 13

Barney Bentall
Canadian pop/rock/folk singer Barney Bentall performs
at the Key City Theatre at 7:30pm this evening. Tickets are $35 plus HST.

Wednesday, November 14

Affordable Art
Opening today and running until Dec. 20 at the Key City Gallery.
Artwork is priced at no more than $300. An opening public reception will
be held November 17 from noon to 3pm
