The issue of storm water is a large one. Any resident in Cranbrook who has suffered the results of a flash flood will attest to some of our own city's problems. There are many construction techniques which help to alleviate this problem. Not all techniques are suited to all conditions but they are being considered by some and are very worthy of that consideration by cities, developers and the individual home owners alike.
