Apples entice, mice, squirrels, deer and bears.
Mice, squirrels, deer entice birds of prey, cats and cougars.
So why would anyone want to entice bears and cougars to the parking lot at Kettle Lake?
Not a thoughtful or sensible thing to do.
People and dogs, young and old leave and return to this place regularly.
Considering all the bear aware education given to people, this sight was a shocker.
The apples are now removed thanks to two volunteers
