You can vote today if you wish

Cranbrook's Elections office is opposite City Hall at 27, Tenth Avenue South.  It is open Monday to Friday 9:00am to 9:00pm and on Saturday 9:00am to 6:00pm.  There are also offices in Golden and Nelson.  You can vote any time within those opening hours.

To vote, take identification and be prepared to spend about thirty minutes as the process takes a little longer at this time.  It will no doubt speed up as staff becomes accustomed to the computer programs and forms.

First a check will be made to see if you are on the voters list.  If not, you can register.  If already on the list you will move to the voting area where an advance registration form will be completed on line by a staff member and signed by you.  You will be handed a ballot and after voting, this is placed in a double sealed envelope. There are two boxes - the 'National ' for those out of this area and the 'Local.' Boxes are locked nightly.

Going away
Don't delay
Vote Today

Already decided
Don't be chided
Say I did
I already voted
