Jillian McCue of Sannich, B.C., made a presentation to council on Monday night.
She says she will need to present her ideas to three committees.
Jillian McCue of Sannich, B.C., made a presentation to city council on Monday night about allowing goats in backyards.
Mayor Richard Atwell says he would have preferred to bypass that process and have the proposal considered directly by council.
Atwell says he supports Jillian and doesn't think the committee process is necessary.
He says the matter is expected to be back before council before July.
