You thought your road was bad? It was easy to forget those things this weekend.

 No, not Yellowstone........

15th St S erupted this week and our sympathy goes to the Public Works Department.

Never mind the state of the roads for there was a culture fest of activity to take a person's mind off such things this weekend.  A great play from CCT, 'The Foreigner' with one more weekend to go but alas the Symphony season is over and it might be awhile before the International Choir Festival returns to Cranbrook.  It was a fabulous weekend for entertainment.

Along with the Cranbrook Childrens' Choir, choirs from such places as Wanatchee and Leavenworth, Washington, Trail and beyond sung their hearts out at the Cranbrook Alliance Church, performing two concerts with a repertoire ranging from the serious to the whimsical.

The Symphony of the Kootenays, joined by the Mt Baker Music Department put on their last concert for the season with an eclectic range of pieces to please everyone.
