Keep Pitch In Week Every Week.

With Earth Day Week now over let's hope everyone continues to Pitch In to keep our City free from garbage.

A big Thank You to all those students and other residents who were out there this week cleaning up.

    Sadly ironic after reading this article that I received this e-mail from a friend:

    Several of us did a roadside cleanup along King Street from Wilks Rd towards town this morning. Difficult to understand how hundreds of refundable containers (mostly Beer) can end up in the ditches and creek. Way too many coffee cups and cigarette packs.

    Thank you to everyone who cares enough to pick up other people's garbage!
