The beginning of another Municipal Election year . Yes, this year will see a Cranbrook election. So many levels of governance may be one of the contributing factors to voter apathy. Where can the average person make a difference? Some may argue no change is necessary. Why do anything at all? Will all unfold as it should? From across the border come these thoughts.......
