  2. I am actually in favour of water meters, as when people water their lawns you often see rivers of water running down the street, but the city needs to fix our ifrastructure before installing water meters.

  5. Let Kimberley people swim in the Rec-Plex at the same cost. We pay for our pool, Cranbrook people swim for the same price in Kimberley. Dont ask me to support 'local' Black Fridays or local stores if this is the attitude!

  6. Abolishing the counter productive 2 tiered system at the Rec Plex is a must.
    Water meters are a great idea but are there other measures that can be put into place first before spending that amount of money.
    Our infrastructure is priority - before adding on to it, it must be upgraded.
